Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also featured in this latest document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing various sections of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
More documentation made public as part of the current congressional release.
